
What is Covid-19?
Coronavirus Disease also known as Covid-19 is an infectious disease caused by SARS-CoV-2 virus.
Most people who get infected by the virus is said to be experiencing mild to moderate symptoms. However, some people may become seriously ill and might need medical attention from professionals.

This is why we must be prepared and aware of what we do or what to do to avoid this ferocious disease.

How to prevent
Covid-19?
Wear a mask in public, especially indoors or when physical distancing is not possible.
Cover your nose and mouth with your bent elbow or a tissue when you cough or sneeze.
Clean your hands often. Use soap and water, or an alcohol-based hand rub.
Maintain a safe distance from others (at least 1 metre), even if they don’t appear to be sick.
Choose open, well-ventilated spaces over closed ones. Open a window if indoors.
Get vaccinated when it’s your turn. Follow local guidance about vaccination.
Stay home even as often as possible. Even If you feel well.
